Managed by Retired Teachers Housing, Inc., a non-profit organization, Parkview Towers has long provided 
affordable apartment homes for seniors. The building was dedicated on November 4, 1965, and today is a
landmark in downtown Little Rock.

The Towers are perfect for seniors looking for secure, affordable, efficient apartment homes. Located in the
historic Quapaw Quarter of downtown Little Rock, and adjacent to the Arkansas Arts Center and MacArthur Park,

library. Amenities include an in-house library, meeting rooms, an exercise room, large grounds, and great views.
Manager and staff live on the property to provide for residents after office hour needs or emergencies and to
ensure the care of our building.
